Discus and support I get the error when redeeming a code from Argentina and wanted to know if there was anyway... in XboX Insiders to solve the problem; I got my brother a Fortnite Batman cape crusader pack from Argentina from a key site and I have try to redeem it on my computer and phone and it comes...     I get the error when redeeming a code from Argentina and wanted to know if there was anyway...


    I got my brother a Fortnite Batman cape crusader pack from Argentina from a key site and I have try to redeem it on my computer and phone and it comes up with this message every time “check the instructions that came with your code. You might need to redeem it on a different webpage or device, or you may be ineligible to redeem this code” I also tried to redeem it on the actual Xbox itself but couldn’t tell if I got the VPN to work so I just wanted to know if there was some way to fix this or if I should just cut my losses

    Where is the Binding of isaac Repentance in Brazil XBOX live?

    Actually the error when I tried to redeem my game was: "CATALOGSKUNOTFOUND" and "We cant find this product".
    I was gifted the code when I was at the Argentina Airport. Since then, I tried to redeem it with no sucess at all.

    Gift Game key says it was already redeemed

    Well two things you can buy a game on xbox store Argentina and get mexico

    Game codes are region locked and cannot be cross bought

    And please edit the picture as you don't want anyone else to redeem the code

    If your account is an Mexican account you cannot GIFT a code to an Argentina account

    Gifting is REGION locked

    And xbox store Argentina will not accept Mexican creditcard for purchases it has to be a local card to the region

    If you did it via yoir account that's why the codes are region locked
    Both accounts are from Argentina, credit card too.

    That's why is super odd the email saying it can only be redeemed in Mexico Store

    I know that it is not available in Brazil. Do you happen to know the reason?

    Also, the same error was being generated when I was at Argentina. I was gifted and tried to redeem the code several times there. It worked in the past ( I have the base game + afterbirth ).

    Could you please clarify?
