    I get teamed up on and communicationed banned by a guy who didn't like what i said


    I get communication ban when a person entices me to have a smack talk conversation. Then there team gangs up on the messages and they all report me for my language. Not that they were using friendly language. Oh and Microsoft is about integrity so it makes
    since I'm the one who gets ban. To make matters better, when i try to answer those questions to contest this situation. Ironically it is the smack talk one that says, a little smack talk is okay. The hell it is.... IM pissed!

    Neverwinter Economy or How I stopped Worrying and Went Broke from Playing a Free Game.

    On Wednesday my friend (local to me) and I were teamed up (in the same instances of each map of course) for a couple of hours and he was getting booted constantly while I had no problems. It's like the servers said, "screw THIS GUY in particular."

    I disagree. This guy didn't rant and rave, AND he said, "Thank u". I would guess he's happy about the ban. ;-)

    It does not matter how many people reported you, it matters if you did something wrong. If over 9,000 (anime reference totally intended) people reported you, and you did not do anything wrong, you would not be banned. If 1 person reported you, and you did
    something "bad" then you would be banned. Reason aside, the only way to get a ban lifted is to submit a case review at https://enforcement.xbox.com/casereview/.

    I agree with you. My account got suspended for 2 weeks. I was playing division, this guy and his team were triple teaming me. Then my team got on, we wrecked them. I sent him a message (not being serious at all, I was just trash talking like everyone else
    does) saying, "all you guys can do is jump someone, you guys suck." Maybe, I shouldn't haven sent that but, why get banned for it when this dude said way worse stuff to me? I'm pretty sure he did not get banned or get his account looked into for saying stuff
    like "you have no friends, pathetic." Really? But, I'm the one who gets banned just by picking and trash talking like everyone else does. Especially, on that specific game.

    can you help me? i got a communication suspension for sending a voice message that didn't contain any words, and the guy who reported the voice message to get me banned sent smack talk the whole time before but didn't get banned when i reported his chats. I tried to get a appeal but it was almost immediately denied if not immediately.

    Xbox Live Enforcement... A sorry excuse of internet enforcement

    Enforcement teams do not use these forums. you can request to appeal the ban, but basically he tried to get you to say something worth banning, and you said it. They don't care who started what, they care about what you said. From now on, ignore comments
    from players like that.
