I get signed out of my account randomly mid game

I was playing GTA V on Xbox One. I keep getting the same message “You were signed out of your console and were disconnected from network features GTA V” I’ve changed my password and added a pin to my account. I have no idea what to do next.

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues playing GTA V online, I can try to provide a solution.
But before that please answer the following questions:

Do you have an active Xbox live gold or game pass ultimate subscription?
Is this happening with more games or is just GTA V?
And what else you tried besides changing the account password and adding a PIN?

I also have the same issues, if your games don't work and no content showing, sign out of your profile then sign back in, works every time, although it's a tad annoying!

And my Xbox is still randomly crashing mid game, which again is frustrating whilst playing FIFA online for example!
