I get reward credits all the time in my emails. I retrieve them but not there.

I get reward credits all the time in my emails. I retrieve them but not there. I went on my account and it says I'm suspended from rewards. I've never been notified of such thing. I look at reason why and it says breaking rules of conduct but I have never
been notified for breaking rules of conduct.. Looks like I have lost a lot of rewards for some time for no reason. never notified or why. Ah the injustice that goes on Xb Live.

There seems to be an issue with your account: - Lifetime Rewards All Gone

I basically received an email saying that there was a problem with my account regarding my lifetime reward credits and i assume it is because i tried to make a withdrawal of my credits onto my Microsoft Account but apparently in the email it said the withdrawal
was not successful but would be in my Microsoft Rewards instead but it has not showing there either so basically i have lost a load of Xbox Reward credit for nothing

Any Help Would Be Appeciated

There seems to be an issue with your account

My Reward Credits were not converted to my currency and deposited to my account. I received an email saying there was an issue and I should reach support. Based on what I learned on the forum my credits will be added to my Microsoft
Rewards account BUT Microsoft Rewards are not available in my country!

We have no notification for breaking rules of conduct, and I see you have received multiple deposits, even one in September 14. If your Microsoft Account was banned, you would have to reach out to support (support.xbox.com/contact-us) for
those reasons, but I can confirm that your Rewards Account was unaffected.

Rewards credits are not emailed. They show as pending on the rewards site about 96 hours after you redeem them.

nevermind y'all, I just got my helmet. forgot that I was hooked up to xbox live rewards, so I checked my email associated with that and retrieved the code. got a much fancier email, too, commemorating the 10 year anniversary.

That feels deceptive...the email I got offering the rewards did not say anything about needing to be a hard copy..I still have that email. Almost all my purchases are digital through the Microsoft store. My Vip rank and rewards in general were always geared
towards digital purchases. I probably would not have bought the game if not for the offer of rewards credits. Can you please give me credit assuming I shown you the offer that just said "purchase gold edition before March 22" WHICH I did...I bought the
most expensive version specifically for the rewards credits.
