    I get reported because something they said offensive


    My question is can i get unbanned because these people said offensive things and it led me to saying things i shouldn't say and that they reported my message and i got suspended for 2 weeks and i cant play any of my games because of it and that im trying to get better at a game i play and if my suspension continues for 2 weeks ill get worst at it please help get rid of the 2 week suspension.

    You would have to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review. The enforcement team do not use the forums.

    AS I have posted time and time and time again, if someone says something offensive to you, DO NOT RESPOND TO THEM!!!

    Simply be an adult about it, go to their profile and report them and then block them. If you do this, you will not get banned, instead the other person will.

    However I get the feeling that someone said something offensive to you, so you said something offensive back and though "That told them, I'm the man!!" and what happened the other person reported you and you got banned.

    Grow up, be an adult and stop complaining for being reported.

    Did you and your friend report the griefers?

    The team investigates all reports, in defending your friend, did you say something that could be seen as offensive or abusive?

    The enforcement team takes things at face value, it doesn't matter why you said something or in what context, just that you said it.

    Anyone's best option with griefers is to report them, sometimes griefers are trying to get you to respond and say something, just so they can report you.

    Why did I get a communication ban?

    generally if you say something in a message and they report it as offensive it's almost an instant communication ban. I do not know the steps when things are said over the mic.

    This particular activity seems to be recently getting a lot of more attention, so for everyone's benefit please continue to pass this around. Rude and offensive even just a "little" has the potential to get you issued a ban for breaking Microsoft's ToS.
    Friends who jokingly report things or report offensive behavior can get anyone banned. There is no distinction made. So understand if you put something that is reportable ANYONE has the opportunity to get your account banned whether they are your friends
    even. And as for being a friend, don't jokingly report your buddy for something unless you do really mean it, because you can serve him a nice ban just for messing around.
