    I get kicked out of Fortnite almost immediately after I start loading into a game and it doesn’t give me an error or anything it has been going on for ages. I tried to reach out to Fortnite but they ignored me. I have also tried doing everything

    I don't understand your mistake, could you rephrase your question please? More specifically, on what platform did this happen to you and how did you get banned? Has your account been deleted? Or does the game close itself?

    When I load into a Fortnite match on my Xbox one it takes me into the loading screen for like 3-5 minutes then it takes me back to lobby is there a way to fix this problem?

    No, it’s just for Fortnite. No, I don’t get any error codes or messages when this happens.

    We’ve been getting the same message when trying to load fortnite since yesterday, so any help would be great.

    Xbox said yesterday morning they would look into it and call me back but didn’t hear anything.

    I didn’t know if we uninstall fortnite and reinstalled it would work but don’t want my son loosing everything.

    Let's test your network connection and multiplayer connection. Please let me know if there is an error that will show up:

    Settings > General > Network Settings > Test Network Connection & Test Multiplayer Connection.
