    I'm assuming you changed your accounts email and now you can't access fall out any more. Please let me know if this is correct.

    And let us know if you are getting any error codes and/or messages and what they say.

    Hi there,

    have you tried to uninstall the app, restart the phone and install the game again, to see if that does anything?

    Let us know the results
    I uninstalled and restarted phone...still get an error code 1170000.
