I get a error code 0x80070426 when I start Xbox app

I've done everything that can be done. When I try to log into Xbox on the computer, I get error code 0x80070426.

To fix this:

1-I repaired, reset and finally deleted and reinstalled the Microsoft store and Xbox app.

2-I repaired, reset and finally deleted and reinstalled the gaming services application.

3-I did all the updates for my Windows

4-I went into Troubleshoot and fixed all the problems with the update.

5- I did Use System File Checker and DISM

6- I changed the time and time zone to automatic.

7-I Fix the Services configuration.(Microsoft Account Sign-in Assistant etc.)

8-Cleared the locally stored MSA credentials.

9- I used the GamingRepairngTool application (The real problem starts here. Whenever I use gamingReapirTool, I get failure 0x8000ffff error)

9.1 I reset the Microsoft Store cache using the -wsreset.exe command

9.2 I deleted Gaming Services and Gaming ServicesNet using the registry editor

9.3 I deleted and reinstalled Gaming Services via PowerShell.

No matter what I did, neither GamingRepairngTool was fixed nor the Xbox error was fixed.

I understand how challenging this issue can be. I'd like to help you find a solution.

If the issue persists, try creating a new user account on the PC (local) and logging into the apps from there.

1. Go to Settings > Accounts > Other users

2. Clock Add Account

3. In the sign-in window choose 'I don't have this person's sign-in information'

4. In the Create Account window click 'Add a user without a Microsoft account'

5. Follow the prompts and then sign out of the current user

6. On the lock screen, sign into the new user account

7. Open the Xbox App and sign into the Microsoft account you want to use.

If that doesn't solve it, you may consider doing a PC Reset to refresh the services installation. The 0x8000ffff error usually indicates a corrupted installation.

Hey, so I tried that and when I tried it and restarted my PC, it didn't do anything, I still got the same error, Storage Service did need changed, but I still am getting the error after changing it. Also when I try to change accounts and choose the same
account, I get the error code 0x80070426

Unfortunately, none of the proposed solution worked.

An additional information:

The Windows updater works and installs windows updates.

For past week Xbox App was showing error 0x80070426 but did start after few tries.

At some point Microsoft store stopped getting updates for all of the other apps, and when it showed available updates, It was unable to start downloading them.

After I uninstalled xbox app and Microsoft Gaming Services all the other updates started downloading and installing. Now after reinstalling the Xbox app and enabling gaming services, everything works apart from the Xbox app which shows error 0x80070424 and doesn't start.
