    i get a BSoD as i try to boot up Black Ops Cold War


    Hello.

    I think this happened after the most recent update the game got but when I boot up the game, I get the BSoD with the code: system_thread_exception_not_handled . It has also mentioned: what failed: nvlddmkm.sys . IDK what is this supposed to mean but what I do know is that this issue is only for BOCW and is a file in the system folder itself. I tried to scan and repair the files many times but nothing happened. idk what should i do.

    Try reinstall your graphics card drivers: Uninstall your current graphics card drivers and then reinstall the latest drivers you downloaded from the Nvidia website. You can uninstall the drivers by going to Device Manager, locating your graphics card, right-clicking on it and selecting "Uninstall device". Then, install the new drivers you downloaded from the Nvidia website.

    How come when I open call of duty black ops coldwar a pop up appears saying purchase game then another pop up appears saying game already installed but still wont let me play mind you I own this game.

    Go to "My games and apps" > Installed games > Highlight the game > Press the Menu button > Go to "manage games and add-ons" > Click the game icon.
