    I get 18 y/o error can somebody help please?


    Im trying to play RTX Minecraft in my pc. I have all the requirements (RTX 2060 , Minecraft Win10 , a pc) but after i i download the Insider Hub it says :
    We have detected that the person logged in is under 18 years old... (I translated cause im from Turkey i really dont know the language well) But im 23 y/o and my birthday is **-**-1997 but it still doesnt work can somebody help?

    Hi!

    Check that there are funds on the specified payment method. Also, check that your personal information is the same as the payment method (date of birth, city, etc...). If you purchasing from the console, try clearing the system cache
    by holding down the power button for 10 secs. If it does not work, delete the profile and re-download it.

    You can also make the purchase from the
    web page     and see if it works.

    He can still try to claim it, if it didn't work try for him to use a different device and redeem the 25-character codes by signing his account on redeem.microsoft.com
