i forgot the email connected to my xbox account

I apologize but according to Xbox Support:

"To access your Xbox profile and other Microsoft services, you need to know the email address and password you used to set up your Microsoft account.

Important Xbox Support can’t provide this info, even if you know your gamertag."

This means that calling Xbox/Microsoft Support is also not an option because Xbox Support can't provide the Microsoft email address.

I apologise, I forgot i set it up connected to my email account.

Could this be the issue? Would I have to create an email address for him to be able to play older 360 games on his own account?

i created the xbox live account before they were connected to microsoft accounts so I'm unable to login since I forgot the password and I can't reset the password without access to the email.

I do have a microsoft account but its not connected to the xbox account

Thanks Janet but i had a question if they do decide to appeal my ban will i need to have do anything with my email connected to my account or not? because i forgot the password and can’t access the email but i can still access my xbox account so do you think they will just let me go back to my account or do i need to do something before that
