nevermind y'all, I just got my helmet. forgot that I was hooked up to xbox live rewards, so I checked my email associated with that and retrieved the code. got a much fancier email, too, commemorating the 10 year anniversary.

I have contacted roblox numerous times but they keep asking for a receipt of purchase, product amount, order number and date of purchase. Since its a free game to purchase i cant find any of this in my order history on xbox. They keep asking for this and never say anything else. Is there any other way to retrieve thid account?

Ok. maybe it was the wrong email. Is there anyway to know the mail accoiated with account? Tell me. Is there a way to find out? I know the username. Heck i know the password. How can i find the email?
