Hi all, i created ana child account for my son and linkws hia xbox to that account. Now he forgot the password of Microsoft account amd the email which he used to enroll is deleted. When i try to reset his pasaword ms sends the recovery code to
his deleted email account. How can i fix this

have you got a back up email set up i.e a second account or have you got a phone number set to the account.

you can get a code sent to a mobile number (if set up)

if not then i would follow the other advice in contacting the xbox support

Unfortunately, none. Unless when you tap on Change my gamertag or Manage account, in my case, it logs me in automatically on my tablet's browser.

With this, please note that your gamertag isn't the only basis to retrieve the account. You may need to try to recover it through login.live.com and forgot username. You can try any mobile number or alternate email address that you could think of that you had probably used.

In order to recover a Microsoft account, you will need to know the email address associated with it first. A username/gamer tag is not enough information.
