    Forgot email and password for gamertag

    I forgot my Microsoft email and password linked to my gamertag an also forgot my gamertag password! I don't have the same phone number or email! Please help

    I forgot to mention, my son gave log in details, and my phone number was removed and so too was my email address linked to his account, I got the email telling me my phone number had been removed, now his proper email is not linked to his account. What
    do we do?

    I would suggest trying to call the phone number first just to make sure it isn't a hoax. I would also try to recover your account manually by using the "Forgot My Password" option. Or you can go through all the methods by using this link:

    please see this link for a forgotten password, it has all the steps on how to try and reset it, up to contacting Xbox Support and what is needed etc:
