I forgot my password and it won’t let me log back in but when i want to make a new one it...

The problem is I don’t know what happened to my account. When I first logged in it kept asking for a password. Never had that happened before. I tried my Password and it kept saying use the password for this account. Which I was doing. Then it wanted me to make a new password so I did. When I finally got it to sign in I was a new account/screen name. No gaming history, no subscriptions, no billing info. I tried all the links and I couldn’t fix it. I need to talk to a person that works for Xbox. When I try to use the automated help it won’t let me ask for a call back. On Friday I was able to get one call back and 2 minutes after I started talking to a person she or the connection went dead. I tried several times after and it would t work. I don’t know what to do.

It has been 7 days now and I am wondering if I have to wait another 7 days to maybe get it back. Also it won’t let me log in to the page where you contact them, it does not even let me put in the email or password?

i'm now able to log in to xbox live..what i did was i changed my password using the forgot password prompt..after creating a new one, i just thought about deleting the dashboard update..after restarting, i was able to log on..never prompted me to download
the update again after deleting it.

you can try to get it back if you use the i have forgot my password option when you're trying to log in to the account again on a pc
