Well i would use them and what not but my friend forgot the passwords so i cant recover them or anything.

Sadly, there is no way to recover your account if you don't have any access to the email being used or the password, if that were the case then anyone could steal eachother accounts, that's why the 2fa exists in the first place.

I'm very sorry to hear that you lost your account with everything inside of it, but unless you have a way to recover the email or have the phone number still associated with that account to do a recovery password via phone message. To the system of xbox your account belongs to that person that stole it based on the data that has in it.
