    Any password reset must be done through windows live. Just go to any windows live log-in page, and then choose "I forgot my password" and follow the steps there. If that doesn't work, then choose the customer support option on the password reset page(s).

    Sorry to hear it. Unfortunately we cannot help you here, you'll need to call phone support as only they can help with the reset.

    Also, you should never post console information on the forums. I have forwarded your post to the mods so they can remove it for you.
