I forgot my family passcode and now I cannot do other activities

I just want to confirm, by family passcode do you mean the passcode for parental controls on Xbox 360?

If yes, you will need to reset the family passcode. Here's how you must meet the following criteria to be able to reset your passcode online:

Your Microsoft account must be an adult account.
The console must be registered in your name.

Sign in to your Microsoft account and go to the Devices tab.
Locate your registered Xbox 360 console and select Show Details.
Select Manage, select Reset passcode, and then follow the instructions to reset your passcode.

Hey Epic! If you have forgotten your Family Settings pass code, you will need to give

Phone Support a ring. They will be able to provide you with a reset.

1. On the 360 dashboard, scroll over to the "System" tab.

2. On the System tab, click "Console Settings".

3. Scroll down in console settings and click "System Info".

4. When the system info box comes up type in this sequence:

LT RT X Y LB RB Y "Left Stick in" (press it in) Y Y

A box should come up and say, "Would you like to reset the console to the factory defaults?"

Click Reset and you're done!

what should i chose when it says What type of issue are you having? becuse i forgot my my family passcode

Are you referring to the LIVE passcode, or the Family Settings passcode? The Family Settings code will not be reset by a recover. If you forgot this passcode you can try answering the security question or calling phone support.
