i forgot my email for my xbox account but I know my password and gamertag already looked at...

As you don’t recall your email address, you may want to try recovering your account by submitting the account recovery form but using instead a previously linked phone number or previously created Skype username (is not the same as our gamertag)

You will need to contact phone support and ask them to look for your gamer tag and if they can find it they will go through a security process with you. And if you pass they can give you your email if not your only hope will be to locate the last console
it was saved on and hope you had the profile to auto sign in. If this is the case you'll be able to get the email off the console.

Sorry for the issue with your account. You will need at least the email to recover the account. If you do not know either you can request a call back from support if you know the gamer tag. If they are able to
verify the account they can give you the information.

When you go to
Contact Us to get it to request a callback follow these steps:

• Step 1 ----select Xbox One
• Step 2 ----select see more options then subscription changes
• Step 3-----select show contact options
  
• Step 4 ----select request a call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.
