    I Forgot My Email And Code Is Not Working


    Hello. I want to log into my Microsoft account, but I haven’t in a while and it’s not letting me. None of my emails were working and when I tried to send a code, it said it didn’t match. Any alternatives or ways to fix this? Thanks.

    Hello Abigail, are you referring to the security code you receive on your phone or alternate email?

    If yes, when you try to log in to the account and no longer have the number there is an option for you to dial and say that you no longer have the security number, by doing so you can add another but your account will automatically quarantine for 30 days.

    Yeah that's the problem it was a long time ago when the first Xbox was out I don't remember anything besides the gamer tag . I have no idea what's so ever.
