I Forgot email password and passkey

As long as you know your Microsoft account password you can reset your passkey by following these instructions:

support.xbox.com/.../forgot-xbox-one-passkey

do you mean you forgot your passkey to log into Xbox Live ?

Then check out https://support.xbox.com/en-US/my-account/security/forgot-xbox-one-passkey

You just have to type in your Microsoft account password to reset it.

If you forgot your Microsoft password you need to reset it.

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. Are you talking about the
Passkey on your Xbox One? The passkey would be button combinations using your controller like X,X,LT,Down, etc...

If you input the passkey incorrectly too many times, you will get asked for the password to your Microsoft account. It will show you the email to your Microsoft account. That doesn't mean it's asking for the password to your email unless you made the password
to your Microsoft account match the password to your email.

Basically what the article that the previous poster put in says.

If you forgot your passkey on the Xbox One you can enter in a wrong passkey 3 times and then it will ask you for your password for your account once you put that in you can choose to put in a new passkey or leave the feature of having to put in a passkey
everytime off.
