    Unfortunately it's not possible to recover an account without knowing the email

    Ultimately one way or another youd have to figure our what email you used. The following support article has some tips of a few ways to try and find the email

    If you cannot figure out what email was used then unfortunately the account would be lost for good.

    Recover using your Alternate phone number or email address:

    1. All you need to do is to go to https://account.live.com

    2. Click on Sign in

    3. Choose sign in options

    4. Choose Forgot my username from there you will be ask for alternate email or phone number that you use with that account, if you enter it correctly then you will be able to see the right email for your account.

    If you do not have the profile on the console the only way you can find your live id would be to contact Xbox support and verify the information on your account and then support will be able to give you your live id.

    Are you sure that you are entering the email and password correctly. I know I sometimes forget to put .com at the end of the email address or to capitalize a letter in my password sometimes. Are you able to log in to that same account on xbox.com or live.com?
