hi I fulfilled al three punch cards for five hour gameplay of free to play games but the third one has not been filled when I indeed did play!!

Missing points

In the month of February I tried participating in the One-Two-Free Punch card. I completed the offers but the punch card never filled up. Also I made sure to spend well over $5 in each of the 3 different free to play games. Just curious over where the points
are. As I was suppose to be awarded 3,000 points for completing the punch card and have yet to see anything on my account since the 28th of February. I was just actively trying to complete it on purpose for the points. I hope I didn't just waste some money.

punchcard not lighting when purchases have been made

It's in regards to the current my missions punch cards about free to play games, in particular to the one two free punch card I have made purchases on 3 separate free to play games that have been listed and the purchases have been over the £3 to qualify
but the punch card still hasn't been lit, its been more than the 96hrs which you allow for your system to be updated, but the one of the other punch card has been lit because I have made these purchases, can you look into why this punch card hasn't been lit,

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

Your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours of completion of each specific offer.

Please give more time in the future for offers to complete. We see that your playtime from two days ago has now completed this offer.

Ok it took about a month to get my reward for filling the 1st punch card but I finally got it. The people that handle the rewards program are slow at doing anything and everything. But free is free so

Also, be aware that the FAQ regarding the April punch cards stated that they would be filled by the 30th of May.

Did you preorder them before April 1? Any games preordered before the offer period do not qualify.

The Credits for that offer were placed as pending in your account on January 19th, and were included in your February 8th deposit. For future reference, a complete log of all Credit and Deposit events can be found on your MyStatement on the MyRewards page.
Additionally, deposits as currency can be viewed on your commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com/), where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount.
