I feel like im so behind on points

ive bought quite a bit the past month and i only see pending credits from beginning of january. can someone look into this for me, i would appreciate it!

I feel like I was Scammed

Since that is not a Rewards program issue, this is the wrong forum. However, gold can only be purchased via credit card/Paypal or by purchasing a prepaid gold card in a store. It has never been possible to use the currency on your account to purchase gold.
The system is not set up to work with recurring subscriptions.

 

I feel like I was Scammed

On my Xbox One, I saw a ad for 3 months of Live Gold 40% off. I added more money to my account to cover the sale price and went to buy it. I selected the 3 months (showed me the sale price) then when I hit extend it brought me to the select payment screen
and the only option was add a credit card, It didn't shown my account balance.

I don't leave my card on file because EVERYONE gets hacked sooner or later. But I added it back in, Now that my card is on file the 3 months gold is full price, That was a really sleazy move!!! I can't afford the 3 months at full price. Now I select the
one month until l I can get a few checks in for my new job (I was out of work for 8 months) Now it won't let me select my account balance to pay for it. I've been on Xbox since day one and service & support have been great, But this feels like a scam!!!!

Can I get some help & an explanation please?

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

Since all your purchases have been for Game consumables, they did not award MyVIP payback. For future reference, from our FAQ:

What content on the Xbox Store is eligible for MyVIP?

Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes, movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar
items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.

However, they were appropriately Rewarded by the FREEdom Rewards offer.
