    I feel like i got scammed


    i have the xbox series x currently and im NOT IMPRESSED OR HAPPY WITH I,,, crashes left and right atleast 4 times daily wont play a game for more than a hour it somehow takes me to home screen and doesnt save any of my progress i still currently own the
    xbox one and sad to say this being i paid good money for this black turd box the xbox one never gave me any problems .... honestly id like a refund if it were possible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Hello, I would return it to wherever you purchased it from if your not happy with it! You have to make sure your still within the return period though.

    Since that is not a Rewards program issue, this is the wrong forum. However, gold can only be purchased via credit card/Paypal or by purchasing a prepaid gold card in a store. It has never been possible to use the currency on your account to purchase gold.
    The system is not set up to work with recurring subscriptions.

    Good luck with the new but just keep in mind, all of the old "fat" Xbox 360's will die just by someone looking at funny. If you can find yourself a Xbox 360 S for cheap (and new with a HDD), I would highly recommend it. That is
    if you plan on keeping for a while longer.
