    1.when I bought this console I thought I would play PES but when I saw that I could not enjoy it because I could not install option files because the console does not let me down and I hope they can fix this

    I FEEL CHEATED!!!

    And when you say you replaced your console, if it's just the 4GB model, it wont play without purchasing an official 250 GB or 320 GB HD.

    While I am very sorry that you feel cheated, and it is an ongoing discussion in the PES community, Unfortunatelyy at this time you are correct. You can not download option files for PES on Xbox one. You do have the option to go in and change most of the
    same things directly on the Xbox but there are some of them items that aren't available the way they would be with option files.

    Contact official support. That would be the way to fix all this problems that you are going though. Does it only happen with that one game?

    Are you trying to install Pro Evolution Soccer? Which year of the game is it? What happens when you try to? Is it a digital or disc version?
