when you say you've reset the Xbox I assume you are referring to restarting the Xbox.

Since that doesn't seem to work please try a factory reset (with keeping games and apps installed)

Keep in mind that this will require you to redownload your Profile and that requires the account credentials.

I have the same issue as described in the first post i get this error whenever i try to simply snap an app

0x80270254 along with this game or app is not installed i even replaced my xbox one recently and it is still doing that i don't want to factory reset it when it was a brand new xbox.... installed a game on it took 6 hours. No amount of resetting solved that
issue i think it might be a corrupt data associated with the account if not the xbox it doesn't make any sense to me..

When doing the factory reset, choose the option to keep your games and apps. It will reset your operating system, and you will need to sign back into your account, but you won't have to re-install everything. If that doesn't fix your problem, then you
will need to do the full factory reset and re-install all your games and apps. Let us know if this fixes the issue.

Thanks for the update on the issue with the streming to pc feature. To help clarify the issue,

• When you play on Xbox, does it automatically sync to the Xbox App on the PC?
• Have you tried signing out of the Xbox App on your PC?

If the problem persists, try doing a
soft factory reset of the console,
Reset and keep games and apps to help reset the operating system and Shut down and Restart PC. Please note before doing the soft factory reset, make sure to know your email and passwords for your Xbox profiles.
