I enabled multiplayer via microsoft, but still cannot access my account. What do I do?

I tried both versions, and also signing in and out of the account, the current problem is only with the java edition, my bedrock version seems to be working fine and is able to access multiplayer servers, while my java version still asks me to enable multiplayer in my microsoft account setting.

But my father doesn't know how and nor do I! So how is he supposed to allow it?
