    I dropped my Xbox controller


    So, I dropped my Xbox controller on accident and now it disconnects when I use it in certain positions (I don't have Bluetooth, I use a cable and play on PC).

    The port is clean, so it's probably because of how it fell. Is it still eligible for warranty?

    I'm sorry, the Controller warranty doesn't cover physical damage. But if you have the extended warranty which covers accidents as well, then it can be repaired under warranty.
