I downloaded the "Mass Effect" using the game pass and I can't play it, EA tells me that there is a technical error that prevents it from starting, I don't know how to solve it.

Have you tried any procedure, if you could give me more details it would be good

I'm currently downloading the game on my PC to see if it works so we can determine if it's a server side issue or if the issue is on your end...will update when I can start it

Edit: I finished installing the game and it launched without issues.

The PC version is a very different game assuming you’re referring to the original and not the legendary edition.

I assume the other device is an Xbox, which Xbox, ans exactly what is the error

I downloaded the original one when I was testing...the LE version isn't available on GP.

Where did the bit about Xbox come from? Just wondering as the OP never mentioned another device?

I liked the Mass Effect 3 ending, I have no idea why people hated it. I guess I could understand, I use a different profile for Mass Effect and have all the DLC, I'm playing Mass Effect 2 DLC, can't wait to check out 3's.
