    Call of Duty HQ is like a launcher for Warzone, Modern Warfare 2, and Modern Warfare 3. While all three experiences can be downloaded at once, the downloads for MW2 and MW3 are optional. This is the reason why the Microsoft Store will come up with a prompt to choose between "Install all" and "Choose what to install".

    I'm sorry you are experiencing issues playing Call of Duty.

    Unfortunately, Modern Warfare 2 and 3 are not available through Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.

    I believe what you may have downloaded is Call of Duty HQ, which in addition to Warzone, allows the installation of Modern Warfare 2 and 3 before buying them. Please note that in order to play either of these games, you'd need to purchase them.
