I downloaded my redeemable code for 2k22 but I can’t find the game. I don’t know where I can access the game since it says the code is already redeemed. Please help, I would appreciate it.

If it has been redeemed successfully, you can search this on your game list or from the Xbox store using your account to download the game.

Alternatively, you can install it from the Xbox Store as well. Just be sure you are logging into the exact account that was used to redeem the game token.

I don’t have a have a CD drive on my laptop. I can’t use the CD at all. Is there a place where I can legally download the game? If not, where do I use the code now that GFWL is dead?

I will try the power cycling method but I don’t even see the season pass anywhere I can’t remove it or download it I just redeemed the code and confirmed it that’s it

Hello Th3Pr0digyy, by your description when you say you no longer have the account that created your Xbox profile but you know the email and the account belonged to you, right?

As this forum is public certain information as your email is hidden, but basically there are two ways for you to recover your account, by web form you have already filled in or by contacting Xbox support and requesting an A.T.O (Account Takeover), but in doing so they will ask you basically the same questions as the form and a few more and then will be sent to Microsoft for analysis.
