    how can I give this permission to write into my program files so I can use this app with my game. It works just fine but when it has to write the results of what its doing into the program files it doesn't go through, it doesn't have permission to write even when ran as administrator.

    Hi, doesn't work in the same way.

    On PC it's a bit more different.

    For this you need to sign in with your Microsoft account on both Microsoft store and Xbox app.

    Make sure to enable offline permissions inside Microsoft store > settings

    After that you need to download first the desired games with your account using the Xbox PC app and the you can sign out and sign in with your brother's account.

    (But this doesn't work for all games)

    That's odd.

    Have you tried to reinstall the game? This will replace the files and permissions, might work. But if it doesn't, an alteration on permission might have been happened.
