    I downloaded a game twice, but it had a problem


    I downloaded Ark Survival Evolved from Xbox TWICE, but it had a problem, once it showed that i had 160gb done and it finished, but when it still showed that i have like 7,9% finished, so i restarted it and it wasnt eaven in by library, so I downloaded it for the second time and it looked ok, but it just disappeared, it just triggers me because it took like 500gb of my memory, so i need help

    Hello again, Is this happening only with Ark or with all the games you try to install?

    Check if you have any antivirus installed that may be conflicting with your system, then follow the procedures below.

    1 - Type cmd (Command Prompt) in the search bar of the Start menu and then click Run as administrator.

    2 - Enter chkdsk /f/x/r/v

    Being in use the system will ask if the user wants to check the chosen drive after reboot. Just type S and restart the computer.

    Hello Filip. you are trying to install the game on your PC, is it only with Ark that this happens, or does it happen with more games?

    What would be your operating system, Win 10 or 11?

    Have you checked if you have the latest version of Windows installed, at 22H2.

    Also, make sure all Xbox Apps are up to date in the store, and make sure you have the Xbox Companion App installed, it works with the Xbox App.

    That’s a shame. I had to download it twice in a day because of a problem (the game got deleted because i accidentally pressed the delete button of an update)

    first day patches are always really big for cods.
