    I have been hunting down for 3 hours now for a phone number to speak to an actual person on the phone to help me. I don’t want to find an article, I don’t want a computer to help me I want to talk to someone. The Xbox support page is not even working right now and it hasn’t been for at least 2 days now. What are you guys doing. I need tk change my profile picture and it keeps saying it changed it but it doesn’t show it. I waited for 30 minutes and nothing.

    Support no longer uses a direct number. You have to request a call back at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us However, it's an issue with the servers. A lot of people are having the same issue. All you can do is wait for it to be fixed.

    Is there anyway I can talk to someone that has the power to help me get back into my account, I genuinely don’t want to talk to something i’m thinking is going to be looked at by a person who can understand and it just get overturned by a robot that takes everything at face value.

    I would suggest that if this doesn't show in your listed subs, then it looks like someone else has used your card details or they have charged for it by mistake. If it was a credit card, then you can claim it back from the credit card company.

    Does it show up in your purchase history?

    If not, there isn't much Microsoft can do about it and you may need to contact EA.

    It is like trying to stick jelly to a wall. All one gets is a robot and when you ask to talk to a person it asks ridiculous questions. I want to talk to a person from microsoft. why should that be so hard to do?
