    i dont understand Refunds ...


    Someone requested for a refund on my account (i may have done it my accident I dont know didnt look too good into it), it was for 2,800 vbucks which i had already bought and used (22.00 dollars or 23) it took a skin out of my iventory which i was planning on keepjng i already emailed epic games and was told to email you. Even when the refund was apparently approved i didnt get any money back? i would like my vbucks or my 23 dollars back.

    If the refund request is approved, you'll see it being processed on your Microsoft account, and you'll no longer be able to access the digital game product. Refunds may take several business days or longer to appear in your account, so you may want to check with your financial institution to understand when the applicable payment method will be credited.

    well i have the 4gb slim xbox so it only has i dont have a hard drive but i have a flashdrive 16gb i tried nthe steps with that works fine its 4gb that had issus when it said it couldnt find it

    As Miss Portia mentioned, you can find out version of the Xbox System Software you are currently using on your console by navigating to System Settings, Console Settings, then scrolling down to System Info. Just post the numbers you see after "Dashboard".



    In addition, have you tried carrying out the troubleshooting steps that Miss Kleo posted above? Please definitely take a look at the sticky article she posted and let us know if that helps resolve the problem. Give it a shot and let us know how it goes.
