    I don't think Microsoft should charge for Microsoft Jigsaw until they fixed the many bugs...


    How do you guys have the nerve to charge for a subscription to Microsoft Jigsaw when there are so many bugs in the app. When I first signed up, the app worked fine but is getting worse and worse. "Created" puzzles are not saved by the app, which is very frustrating. When a puzzle is minimized and I go back to it after an hour or so, the pieces won't move or the entire puzzle is frozen. I then have to exit and reopen the puzzle. Also, at times, the entire puzzle will jump around on its own. One day the entire puzzle jumped completely off the page. You guys need to fix this, especially if you're going to charge for it.

    I have the same issue and it's def not Network related - these are software bugs. Pieces randomly stick together or the frame of the jigsaw pings across the screen (often out of sight). The only way to clear either issue is to shut the app down and re-open.

    It started a couple of months ago and today I was randomly asked to renew my subscription - when I only renewed (for a year) in Nov.

    I cannot repair it, via Settings/Control Panel, because there is no repair option.

    Currently this product is really not fit for purpose.

    Is the Microsoft Jigsaw you describe a UWP architecture app for the Windows platform?

    If yes, resetting the app is one direction to consider.

    Besides, based on the information you have provided, the factors behind the problem may also be network related.

    If the device cannot establish a good quality connection to a particular network resource, some strange problems may occur.

    The process includes using the Get-AppXPackage command to reinstall a specific UWP application, and using the CheckNetIsolation.exe command to remove the network isolation specific to a UWP application, and to use additional network services.

    Specific product-specific issues are difficult to root cause for regular support staff, we feel it is necessary to report the issue to the appropriate team to bring the situation to their attention.

    I don't think that charging over £100 more in the UK compared to the cost in the US is going to win Microsoft many fans even with a "free game". At todays rates the console should be £313 not £429, jipped again here in the UK.

    DO NOT REBUY THE GAME. This is a bug that Microsoft said they will fix in 48 hours. It has affected SO MANY PEOPLE. Just be patient and it should be resolved for you .
