Discus and support I dont think ive been getting rewards points. in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; Ive been at 4,900 rewards points for what seems to be forever.     I dont think ive been getting rewards points.


    Ive been at 4,900 rewards points for what seems to be forever. Ive purchased digital items and have done the monthly surveys but it hasnt budged.

    Hi Im and ive been a xbox fan for quite along time now. I think My Rewards Credits might be off. I have been purchasing alot of Games an DLC here recently an i dont think ive been getting any rewards points for it.....

    Please send me a message an let me know if there's anything wrong with my account, Or if maybe I am doing something wrong?

    ive brought games, ive played the free games and ive purchased live . I have not been getting my reward points for a few years now . can someone sort what I am owed please

    From our FAQ:

    What content on the Xbox Store is eligible for MyVIP?

    Most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes, movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar items. However,
    the purchase or redemption of pre-order games, in-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points or Xbox Gift Cards, do not qualify.

    Therefore your purchases of pre-orders and game consumables did not trigger MyVIP payback. Furthermore, we only calculate MyVIP payback for every $10. If your purchases do not complete a $10 portion, then they are reserved to complete a $10 portion in a
    following month. This is why your purchase in July did not trigger payback.

    Ive reported this issue with the rewards team as it stopped me from getting my monthly quest and 1000 points but they dont seem to understand english.

    Ive had to explain four times now and im just getting fed bullS back... Anyone else having an issue getting them to understand?

    ive actually been getting points through the XBL Rewards, and just recently tried bing rewards.. i ordered my first 100 MSP yesterday from them.. just wondering on how long it takes to receive the points.. you would think they could send you a code as soon
    as the transaction was approved, but ive heard from some they actually mail you a 100 MSP card, others say they email you a code.. just wondering exactly how it works..
