    I dont think I have ever gotten rewards points through Microsoft Rewards.


    I am currently previewing the Microsoft rewards app on the Xbox insiders program, and realize that I don't think I have been getting credited rewards for pretty much anything, most notably having upgraded to the XBOX ONE X, buying Far Cry 5 or for having
    a Xbox Game Pass subscription, I am looking for an avenue to get credit for these things. Also possibly suggest (I have already included it in my feedback for the Microsoft Rewards app for the insiders group) adding an avenue to the app to be able to take
    credit for the items that grant rewards that you know havent been credited to your rewards account. Thanks in advance for any help anyone may provide.

    Missing rewards credits

    So back in March, I received an email stating earn up 15,000 rewards points for purchasing the game through the Microsoft store. Well, I did and I haven't gotten any rewards points!! What's the deal???

    Points redeemed a month ago but haven’t been deposited

    I redeemed 750 my vip gems on may 5 for 15000 Microsoft reward points and have not received them in my Microsoft rewards. Will I ever get them?

    You would need to try contacting customer support for
    the Microsoft Rewards program.

    you have to follow your quests buying things doesn't always return anything

    Also if you read the terms and conditions you get credited only 2 days after but deposits are only after you reach15 dollars in credit and only on the 15 th of each month

    Also ms rewards are only in certain regions and your accountr egion and physical location. Must match so pretending to be I. The US won't work

    And yes they do check your ip

    Microsoft Rewards support doesn't have a chat. They just use the email in the link I posted.

    Did this ever get resolved? And if so how? Because I'm having the same problem and no one at Microsoft rewards have gotten back to me and I never got a confirmation email but it took my points.
