I don't see the Disney Plus perk in Game Pass Ultimate perks

I have a problem where I don't see any of the subscription based perks from my phone on my computer. Like the Spotify Premium or Disney Plus. And I've never even used any of them. I live in Mexico so it shouldn't be a problem but it just feels like a late april fools joke and I don't like it.

I couldn't find it in my perk list either, I had to download the Gamepass app for my phone and activate it through that instead, so there clearly is an issue in the pc Xbox program with it not showing.

A support agent just told me the perk is generated by Disney so it takes up to 10 days after you start your ultimate subscription for the perk to appear.

I have never been an Xbox gamepass ultimate subscriber or a Disney + subscriber and I still can't see the perk on my list . It just doesn't show up at all. (Also in Canada)

Yet, the official press release says that doesn't matter.

"Whether you claimed the previous Disney+ Perk or not, Ultimate members who do not currently have an active Disney+ subscription will be eligible to claim the 30-day subscription trial through the Perks Gallery on their Xbox console, on the Xbox app for Windows PC, or through the Xbox Game Pass mobile app on iOS and Android."

Even that link that you shared has the same disclaimer. The wording in the statement is a bit confusing though. Technically, you can claim a perk but not redeem it. I have claimed perks that I didn't actually end up redeeming. Perhaps that is what they are referring to? Not really sure. It does seem contradictory. I will give you that.
