    Just a friendly reminder though that all successful purchases are added to our order history in real-time which means that if it's not showing from there, it's not successful.

    If I may ask, when did you make the purchase, and for which item?

    If you bought something and you’re not seeing the charges in your purchase history, you may be signed in to the wrong Microsoft account, or your billing info is associated with another account (such as another member of your Xbox family group).

    I would recommend in this case contacting Support. If you purchase it and you have proof on your bank ( that you were charged ) this can be used to prove your purchase. And since here we do not have access to account information, i recommend contacting Support, okay?
