    i dont remeberthe email to my xbox account


    i got my xbox account when i was like 9 and my dad has like allot of emails and im currently on his account asking the community( last thing i wanna do is get on call with someone) i know my gamertag and stuff like that, and im actually logged in to the xbox app on one of my computers if theres any way to see or change the email on xbox app someome god please let me know

    Hello Lester, I'm so sorry to say but in order to access your Xbox Live account and other Microsoft services, you need to know the email address and password you used to set up your Microsoft account.

    Even Xbox Support can’t provide this information, even if you know your gamertag.

    a. Recover using your Alternate phone number or email address:

    1. All you need to do is to go to https://account.live.com

    2. Click on Sign in

    3. Choose sign in options

    4. Choose Forgot my username from there you will be ask for alternate email or phone number that you use with that account, if you enter it correctly then you will be able to see the right email for your account.

    I logged in with the account that all my xbox emails have been going to this entire time!

    I can't rememer my parent account

    The dummy account wasnt my idea :( i called them because my email info had a mistake and i couldnt recieve any emails because the stuff was being set to an email that didnt exist.

    If I dont know my parental account info can I switch this xbox live account over to a new xbox? Or do I need it,
