    I don't recognize an email associated with my microsoft acc


    Hello,

    I was trying to connect to my Microsoft acc to play minecraft but when i log in in my acc it tells me that i dont have a bought copy of Minecraft(I have the receipt send to my email). I searched for answers and i found out that i have a username that i dont recognize witch is conected to my microsoft acc. I also have a username that i used to ask a question in Microsoft community but the username is different from the one that I use now. I remember that they both were connected to the same acc. How can i remove the second email connected to my acc?

    Hello Boris, Can you normally log into your account through Microsoft's administration site, Account?

    If so, you should be able to remove that e-mail associated with your account, if not your account may have been compromised.

    No, i just want to change the email associate to mai Windows live ID (MS acc) -

    It has an "Update email address" button, I have done this before, but now i'm getting "The email address associated with your Microsoft account can't be changed"

    I would also suggest trying the Can't acces my account option on the login screen

    If it says there is no account associated to this Email I would contact Microsft at the phone # I mentioned earlier

    @Judge, the issue is he can't even access his account because Microsoft locked it since we tried to log in using a different PC.

    Also, we do know the email associated with his account. We just don't recognize the alternate for the password reset.
