    2 days ago i saw on my bank that i was charged by XBOX i was confused because i havent purchase anything recently i just got the xbox x series and i have already pre order black ops cold war so i figured it was cold war but i was already charge that amount
    the day i pre ordered it and i have went to my history for my account and didnt see a charge come out for that date ive tried contacting microsoft so i can speak to someone over the phone but they dont do billing or whatever over the phone only through text
    and anytime i try texting they just give you options that dont even help im wondering if i was charged twice for my pre order plz help

    I have a charge that has been made twice = R3200 for forza horizon 5 premium

    I had purchased it on the 30th October but 2 other transactions were deducted on the 3rd of November

    Please can someone urgently help me!!

    Note: Normally if you had not deactivated recurring billing, the amount charged would be only one month, but the strange thing about your case is that it was 3 months, maybe someone made a gift card purchase in your account, check the links that I informed you above.

    Just to confirm, did you already checked the order history with all your email addresses? (In case you have more than one email)

    If yes in these situations the best option is dispute the charge with your bank and ask them for a refund.
    Because it seems that someone is using your payment information without your knowledge/authorization

    To avoid this situation again, I can advice you to ask them to give you a new card and delete/block your current card

    My son have a Xbox game we used the credit card once we keep getting hit on my credit card we have changed the card over and over but we keep getting hit but why.

    In my experience, your bank is being “helpful” and moving a recurring payments from recognized sources over to the new card.

    If you don’t mean that you have obtained a new credit card from the bank, then likely the fuel card remains on your account, and the subscription is tied to it, I assume that’s what you keep getting charged for
