    What happens if I upgrade to Game Pass Ultimate if I already have Core with 11 months left?

    They don't convert it unless you pay The usual £12.99 a month which is the rate for ultimate. In other words, you've already paid for core then they charge you for ultimate. There is no conversion.

    Unless there is a one off payment of 12.99 which they don't state.

    Hey Panda!

    If you purchased all the content for Black Ops II on your account, the good news is that it's easy to find and download. Navigate to the Black Ops II tile in "My games and apps" and press the menu button. From there, scroll down to the game's "Ready to install" list
    and install any/all content there. However if the content was purchased on a different Xbox Live account, you will need to repurchase it as content cannot be transferred between accounts.

    Sorry to hear about that. However, I strongly suggest asking your friends or family members who might have used your payment method.

    But if none, your best option is to reach out to your bank and let them know about the unauthorized charge so they can be able to block this for you and reverse the charge for you. They can also provide you with a new card to help prevent this from happening again.

    -Sign in to your "Manage your Payments" at https://account.microsoft.com/billing/payments

    -Click "Investigate" next to "Don't recognize a charge on your bank statement?"

    -If you already have the card added to your account, choose it from the dropdown list. If the card is not listed, select Add a credit or debit card and follow the instructions to add the card to your account.​

    -Enter the card's security details and select Submit.​

    -Select the arrow next to the charge being queried to show detailed information. (Note: Only charges made in the Microsoft Store within the last 60 days will be shown).

    -Look at the Microsoft account used information.
