Discus and support I dont recive the 3 months code for grove music. in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I recently update to windows 10 pro and i got a promotion when i just open grove music, that says when subscribe i have to recive a code for 3 months...     I dont recive the 3 months code for grove music.


    I recently update to windows 10 pro and i got a promotion when i just open grove music, that says when subscribe i have to recive a code for 3 months of grove music for free. After set my DC information i dont recive any code on my email. I dont recive the 3 months code for grove music. :(

    I dont recive the Mercenary Pack..

    I buy tree months of xbox live gold for recive the Mercenary Pack but I never recive the code after one day. I dont know after how many day I suppose to recive it but chek it please. Thank you

    After the trial month i dont recive the 3 months free and i got charged the membership.

    After the test period and waiting for my code to arrive for 3 months free of grove music, it is a date which I did not receive the code that said the promotion. I paid a month of normal subscription to see if I could receive the code and still have not received
    any code. That promotion is a complete fraud. And I have paid for a service that I will not even use.

    Where did you sign-up for the Microsoft Groove promotion? Was it on the Xbox One dashboard, or was it through Groove's website or the Windows Store on Windows 10? If you signed-up on the Xbox One dashboard, you came to the right spot!

    If you signed up through Groove music's website, or through the Windows Store on Windows 10, please drop a post over in our Groove Music Support forums so the
    proper team can assist. We're able to help out with promotions ran through the Xbox One dashboard, however any promotions outside of that we don't have access to unfortunately.

    That clarification will help us narrow down the next steps. Keep us posted!

    For Grove Music go All apps, right click on Grove music, click on uninstall.

    In Insider builds in All apps you can right click and uninstall Xbox so this may be available when the new build is released to the public.
