i dont recive my points

Hi Xbl rewards team!

i have a problem, i hope you can fix it.

so the problem is, i dont recive my points.

there is a sign that says my account is not up to date.

i have to go to the commerce.microsoft site and have to change my acc data. But nothing helps. I hope you guys understand my horrible english
