    I don't receive my reward credits


    Hello, I haven't been receiving my reward points for some reason. I have been unlocking achievements and buying and nothing helped. My Gamertag is . Please help me as I would love to join this fun add on to xbox live.

    In the FAQ (https://rewards.xbox.com/faq/#=console_x1s_oct2016):

    "When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

    Your 50,000 Rewards Credits should appear as pending within 15 days of your console’s shipping date."

    Ironically, I just created a post because it's now past the 15 days and I still don't have my rewards points.

    When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

    Your 50,000 Rewards Credits should appear as pending within 15 days of your console’s shipping date.

    If you don't see these Credits by that time, let us know! We can verify your purchase and award you manually, if necessary.

    The Credits are pending in your account as of yesterday.
