    Purchased 10k Rewards points, Still waiting

    I purchased two (2) 5000 Reward points awards about three weeks ago on My Xbox Reward with two (2) 250 Xbox Rewards points. Last I checked last week, it was pending and now I can no longer see that pending screen.

    When Am I expecting to receive those points in my Microsoft Rewards account?

    Please advise.

    Haven't recieved points!!

    Earlier this year I renewed my live subscription using the offer advertised on the dashboard. The offer was said to include an additional month subscription to the year and also 800 microsoft points. I am yet to receive this points some half a year later.
    In compensation I would like to receive more points than originally offered because in my eyes this is unaccepatable.

    Hi ResidentSpace2. To earn Rewards Credits, you must complete offers via the program. Your purchases are going towards your MyVIP progress. Payback Credits are calculated at the end of the month and awarded by the 15th of the following month. We do not see
    any other actions that would complete an offer. To see what our current offers are, visit your MyMissions page here:

    I have stopped receiving points about a year ago do they ask you to update your info on the my rewards page?
    no they just show my current points which is 0 its like nothing is registering when i buy stuff.

    Dont typically spend my points on the chances to win. I like my guarenteed point exchanges.

    I did win a Surface Pro several years ago from a twitter contest. Was the UNSC themed Surface Pro. It now sits on my desk at work where i use it to chat in the Ambassador Discord channel.
