Discus and support I dont receive my Credrit in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; First sorry if my english is not perfect im french. My first question is approximately 3 month ago i give my code to a friend for the Express delivery...     I dont receive my Credrit


    First sorry if my english is not perfect im french.

    My first question is approximately 3 month ago i give my code to a friend for the Express delivery of the Xbox One S if is used i get 50.000 Credit and actualy i don't have it ( the code is 3mevofw26) i just want to know if i can have this 50.000 crédit
    or not.

    And the 2nd question is last month i buy for like 300Euro and i want to know if what i buy is eligible or not for the VIP because i just win 600 credit and i stay at my VIP 1 (at only 4% of it) and with 300Euro im like VIP 2 if it's eligible.

    why dont i receive anything for my purchases

    Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? in order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

    Support will post back about the VIP rebate, but the 50,000 credit offer was only available for specific members. In order to qualify for the credits, the purchase had to be made using the same email address attached to your account. The code was only for
    free shipping and was not a requirement for the credits. Since your friend purchased the console, not you, you would not be eligible for those credits.

    The code was only to waive the cost of shipping. You had to have purchased the console using your Microsoft Account in order to complete the offer. Since you did not make the purchase you were not awarded for completion of the offer.

    The majority of your purchases have all been in-game consumables. From our FAQ:

    What content on the Xbox Store is eligible for MyVIP?

    Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes, movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar
    items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.

    Therefore, your in-game consumable purchases were not eligible for VIP payback. Your add-on purchases were eligible and were Rewarded.

    I dont receive invites

    If you're on PC, I would check in your Xbox app settings and make sure that you have Invites set to accepting them from everyone in your Privacy settings, and also make sure that your Game/Party Invite notifications are set to On. I turn mine off sometimes
    as I get spammed with game invites to games that I don't play from friends, so just make sure the Invites are on and your game invite notifications are also on.

    Check your notification settings on the console. It's possible you've turned off invite/party notifications so you're not seeing the requests.
